How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to most UK mainland addresses, whatever your order value. A surcharge applies to certain remote postcodes, which we'll always confirm with you before going ahead.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. Where an order has more than one item, we'll usually deliver everything together once all pieces are ready, and we'll keep you updated along the way.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can cancel in writing within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll arrange to collect the item, which should come back unused and in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please check your delivery before signing and tell us as soon as possible if anything isn't right. We'll arrange collection and a replacement at no cost to you, and a quick photo of any damage helps us put things right fast.
Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, with your card details encrypted and handled to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
